Shipping

Confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address once processed. Your order will be sent via USPS, standard shipping, and will arrive within 7 to 10 working days upon receipt of order. We will personally notify you of any shipping delays via email. Overnight Delivery is available for an additional fee.

Returns

We pride ourselves on superb customer service and want you to be completely happy with your Tricia Ackner order. Returns and exchanges are easy. Simply highlight the item being returned on the invoice you receive with the order and include the invoice with your return within 30 days of original purchase. Once received, we will process your return and credit your card immediately. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please package your returns carefully. Tricia Ackner is not responsible for returns damaged in return shipping.
